Hi, my name’s Torben and I’ve built this site to showcase and sell original products in the field of my primary interest: paintball. As a mechanical engineering student, owning a 3D printer is a great way to practice my skills as a designer. But my passion for 3D printing comes from the freedom it provides. Until recently, manufacturing means were cost prohibitive. But today, 3D printing allows anyone with drive to produce original work.
I started playing paintball at a young age, and while I played a variety of sports the mental aspect of paintball set it apart. My mentor once told me “The next closest sport to paintball is chess”. While some sports challenge your muscle memory or coordination, paintball challenges your ability to invent new strategies with limited time and under great pressure. The rules are easy to learn and players find themselves panicked as well as exhilarated. It makes you feel alive.
Through this site I hope to contribute to the sport of paintball by creating products that expand the possibilities for players and field owners alike. I want to provide tools that push players to grow their skillset and bring more dynamism to the game.
