Q: What kind of 3D printer do you use?
A: Mainly a Prusa mk2s. I have others including an SLA printer, but they are for more specialized tasks.
Q: What are the products made of?
A: For the plastic, I currently use an improved version of PLA filament. I’ve had good results with this brand, even if they are a bit expensive. Some products can be made with other plastics or resins as need be. For the electronics, I use Arduino as my controller and the other components are bought in bulk from various online and local suppliers.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you're unsatisfied with a product you can send it back to me within a month and I will pay for shipping and issue a refund once received. All products are tested before shipping, but if one breaks during play or outside of the field, send me an email with the details and I can help you repair it. Every part can be replaced and the only tools you will need are a screwdriver and a soldering iron.
Q: If I have an issue with or question about my order, how do I get in touch?
A: You can email me anytime through the contact form on this site. I also do custom work. If you want a name, logo, or design embossed into your prints, I can usually do that for free. I like to give people something personal that they can be proud of.
